Your new role

As Contracts Manager, you’ll lead multiple housing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll manage site operations, coordinate subcontractors, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and drive performance across all phases of construction. This is a key leadership role where your strategic oversight and operational expertise will shape the success of vital housing developments.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing contracts for private and social housing schemes
  • Leading project teams and ensuring health & safety compliance
  • Monitoring budgets, schedules, and quality benchmarks
  • Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
  • Reporting progress to senior leadership and contributing to business growth


What you'll need to succeed

To excel in this role, you’ll bring:
  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Site Manager in residential construction
  • Strong knowledge of housing regulations, building standards, and contract law
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • A results-driven mindset with a commitment to quality and safety
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or civil engineering

Experience in both private and social housing projects is highly desirable, as is familiarity with the Northern Ireland construction market.
