My client is a leading construction company based in Co. Antrim with over 20 years of experience in the industry. They specialise in bespoke fit-out solutions for commercial, retail, hospitality and leisure sectors. They are currently looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team and manage multiple bespoke high-end projects across the UK and Ireland.
Your new role
As Contracts Manager, you will take ownership of multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will manage client relationships, oversee subcontractors, and coordinate with internal teams to maintain smooth project delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading contract negotiations and administration.
- Monitoring project progress and financial performance.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Driving efficiency and resolving issues promptly to keep projects on track.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction or interiors sector.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
