**Contracts Manager required by leading Co. Antrim based fit out contractor**

Your new role

As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee multiple fit-out projects across multiple sectors, primarily in the hotel and leisure sector, ensuring seamless delivery from inception to completion. Based at our client’s headquarters in County Antrim, you will manage project teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure projects meet time, budget, and quality targets. Your role will involve strategic planning, resource allocation, and maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across all sites.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and specifications
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and designers to align on project requirements
  • Prepare and present progress reports and contractual documentation
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues promptly

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in construction or fit-out.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities to manage teams and client relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, cost control, and health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work strategically and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Flexibility to travel to project sites as required.
