Your new role

They are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of small works and compliance works across its property portfolio. Reporting to the Director you’ll manage site teams, coordinate resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Lead and manage programs
  • Produce weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Coordinate resources to meet operational targets
  • Chair client and supply chain meetings
  • Monitor and improve KPIs across contracts
  • Support procurement, claims, and variation processes
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and building regulations


What you'll need to succeed

  • Degree or HND/HNC in Construction, Building Surveying, Facilities Management, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience managing maintenance contracts in housing, education, commercial, or public sector environments
  • Strong understanding of building regulations and compliance (CDM 2015, Fire Safety, Gas Safety, Electrical Safety)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence
