Your new role

As a key member of the Contracts & Licensing team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting clients across 90 countries. This is a hands-on position where you’ll learn by doing, gaining exposure to contract negotiations, licensing processes, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate software quotations for new and existing clients
Issue licence agreements and contract addenda
Support contract negotiations and tender documentation
Manage software distribution and assist with technical access issues
Issue sales invoices and maintain compliance with financial controls
Handle client KYC requests and documentation
Engage with clients via email and virtual meetings to support procurement processes

As you develop, you’ll take ownership of core processes and contribute to drafting complex agreements and bid documentation.

What you'll need to succeed

Ideally, Degree (2:1 or above) in Business, Law, or related discipline or equivalent
Strong academic background in Maths and English
Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Collaborative and proactive approach
Experience of working on contracts or licences.
