Temporary Contract Support Required

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and operational support, or looking to kickstart a career in procurement and supply chain? We are seeking a Contract Support professional to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to ensuring smooth contract operations and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Contract length: 3 months
Start date: ASAP
Pay rate: £14.43 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and timely support to clients via calls and emails.
  • Manage work orders, quotations, and purchase orders accurately.
  • Coordinate with site teams and suppliers to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Drive engineering teams to attend callouts and maintenance visits within required timeframes.
  • Maintain contract compliance and ensure all work aligns with agreed scope.
  • Monitor and update records from initial customer contact through to completion.
  • Actively identify and implement innovations to enhance contract performance.
  • Maintain QHSE documentation and manage systems for PPM records and reporting.
  • Support HR processes such as maintaining staff records and onboarding.
  • Communicate effectively across internal teams and external stakeholders.

About You
  • Education: GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths; A-Level/HNC preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with systems like Dynamics, Concept, Maximo.
  • Experience: Previous customer-facing role in a medium-sized business.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive approach.
