Your new role
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the FM contract team.
- Manage and maintain CAFM systems (e.g., Concept, Maximo) for accurate service delivery.
- Raise and manage purchase orders, invoices, and financial reports.
- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance schedules.
- Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Support monthly reporting and contract compliance activities.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a similar Contract Support or FM Administrator role.
- Strong understanding of Facilities Management operations.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAFM systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with a customer-first mindset.
