Your new role


This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator to play a key role in supporting the delivery of contract operations across key accounts. You will be responsible for ensuring effective contract administration while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the service.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the contract team
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all contract documentation is up-to-date
  • Support vendor onboarding and maintain supplier records
  • Obtain pricing and assist with the preparation of quotations as required
  • Collate and produce management information, including monthly reports, KPIs.
  • Administer holiday, overtime, and related approvals
  • Attend contract meetings where required and complete follow-up actions
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery
