Your new role
As a Contract Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping supplier partnerships and ensuring the effective delivery of sourcing and contracting activity at a global level. You will lead small to medium negotiations, manage the full contracting lifecycle, and ensure all documentation, requisitions, and compliance processes are completed with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead negotiations on commercial terms, fees and contract renewals
- Conduct market and financial analysis to support contract decisions
- Manage new and renewal contracts across multiple categories
- Support supplier onboarding and lifecycle management
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to deliver sourcing outcomes
- Prepare reporting, insights, and presentations for procurement leadership
- Contribute to tail‑spend initiatives, risk management, and continuous improvement efforts
What you’ll need to succeed
- Strong knowledge of procurement categories and contract management
- Proven experience negotiating commercial terms and fees
- Expert in contract negotiation, renewals and supplier management
- In-depth knowledge of commercial and contract law
- Degree or CIPS related qualifactions would be desriable
- Proficient in the MS Suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and Contract Management Systems
