An opportunity for an experienced client-side Contract Manager to oversee key hard FM contracts within a complex, public sector environment.
Your new role
- Lead contract oversight, ensuring services align to organisational priorities, performance standards, and compliance requirements
- Act as the primary interface between internal stakeholders and service providers
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and value-for-money across contracts
- Ensure robust governance, reporting, and risk management frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement, cost optimisation, and service performance
What you'll need to succeed
- Essential: Working knowledge of the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23), with the ability to apply it in contract management and governance settings
- Proven client-side contract management experience within hard FM / engineering services
- Strong experience working within the public sector or regulated environments
- Strong commercial and financial management capability
- Confident stakeholder engagement across operational and corporate teams
