Contract Manager Opportunity - Property Compliance in Housing

Your new role
As an experienced Contract Manager, you will join a landlord property compliance team, taking operational responsibility for all aspects of compliance across the housing portfolio. You will manage contracts, budgets, and a dedicated team, whilst ensuring that statutory inspections and servicing records are accurate, up to date, and aligned with current legislation. This role will also allow you to use strategic experience and skills, as you support planning, digital service development, and improved stakeholder engagement techniques.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position, you will need to have proven experience within property safety ideally within a housing environment, although this isn't essential. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills are essential, alongside the ability to analyse complex data and implement corrective actions where required.
