The purpose of the Contract Administrator’s role is to supply generic and specific administrative support to the Contract Administration function of the Modern Slavery Victim Care Contract. The role’s function will be determined by the business areas that fall underneath the Contract Administration Team. However, primarily, the role will ensure that the technical processes are in place to keep the administrative function running smoothly and efficiently throughout the duration of the contract, by implementing and improving technology solutions, processes and schedules that keep the administrative work flow successful. You'll be reporting and analysing data. Managing the mailbox internally and externally. Admit minutes and monitor. Help support the senior manager.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and database administration.
- A proactive, detail-focused approach with a can-do attitude.
