Administrative Support, Raising PO'S, Reporting & Billing

Are you a detail oriented and customer focused professional looking to make an impact in a fast paced environment? My client is seeking a Help Desk / Contract Administrator to join their team and provide administrative support across their operations


Your new role

  • Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage job assignments and purchase orders using in house systems
  • Liaise with sites and suppliers regarding ETAs, access, and job completions
  • Raise and manage sales invoices and extra works jobs accurately and promptly
  • Maintain regional inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner
  • Support the Contract Manager with reporting, debt management, and compliance
  • Ensure Health & Safety standards are met and reported
  • Manage helpdesk and asset systems, personnel records, and training matrices
  • Assist with monthly client reporting and billing
  • Contribute to financial performance improvements and KPI tracking


What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in administrative or customer facing roles
  • Strong customer focus and communication skills.
  • Self motivated, organised, and detail oriented.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Calm under pressure, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
