The Opportunity
This HealthTech company is seeking a Content Marketing Executive to own the creation and distribution of high-impact B2B content that demonstrates the real-world value of preventative health technology. This is a critical hire at an exciting moment in the company’s growth, with immediate scope to shape the content strategy and produce substantive work from day one.
You will write long-form content including white papers and health economics narratives, develop compelling case studies from the customer base, and create sales enablement materials that directly support pipeline generation. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running and work at pace without compromising on quality.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Research and write white papers and in-depth reports that translate health data into compelling narratives
- Write engaging case studies that showcase customer success and drive lead generation
- Develop content for LinkedIn, website, sales materials, and marketing campaigns
- Create ebooks, one-pagers, and other marketing collateral
- Ensure all content is accurate, compelling, and on-brand
Customer Engagement
- Build relationships with customers to identify and capture success stories
- Conduct interviews with stakeholders to extract compelling narratives
- Identify impactful data points and testimonials that demonstrate value
- Maintain regular contact with key accounts to generate ongoing content
Content Distribution
- Work with the marketing team to maximise reach and engagement across channels
- Support the sales team with relevant content for their pipelines
- Track content performance and engagement metrics
Meeting Targets
- Deliver against agreed content targets and KPIs
- Work to quick turnaround times while maintaining quality
- Manage multiple content projects simultaneously
Ideal Candidate Profile
Essential Requirements
- Strong academic background (degree level or equivalent)
- B2B content marketing experience, specifically long-form copywriting and whitepaper production
- Healthcare, HealthTech, MedTech, Life Science, Pharma or Biotech sector knowledge/experience
- Proven ability to translate complex data and insights into clear, meaningful narratives
- Experience with case study creation and sales enablement content
- Ability to build relationships and extract stories from customers
- 2+ years’ experience in a content creation or marketing role
- Excellent written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- High energy with a sense of urgency: comfortable with quick turnarounds
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Organised with strong project management skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of LinkedIn and social media marketing
