Contract job opportunity for Content Editor

About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Content Manager to lead the creation of compelling digital experiences across a multicategory retail and travel loyalty platform. This role focusses on delivering exceptional customer journeys that drive engagement, loyalty, and commercial success.

Contract – 6 months (possibility to extend)
Location – Buckingham Palace Road, London (SW1W 9SR)
Hybrid – 2 to 3 days onsite
Pay – Flexible daily rate (inside IR35)

Key Responsibilities
Content Delivery
  • Develop and execute end-to-end content strategies for homepage experiences, category pages, and customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Trading teams to deliver content aligned with business objectives and seasonal campaigns.
  • Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
Customer Journey Optimization
  • Design and optimize digital customer journeys across retail and travel experiences.
  • Use data-driven insights to enhance content performance and conversion rates.
  • Balance social-native content with expectations of a comprehensive loyalty platform.
Performance & Analytics
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to improve content effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
  • Prepare regular reports on engagement, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in digital content management, ideally within the retail, travel, or loyalty sectors.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative content across multiple formats and channels.
  • Proficiency with content management systems(Contentful), analytics tools, and A/B testing platforms.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into engaging digital content.
  • Innovative thinker with strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in content performance analysis and optimization.
  • Familiarity with personalization and segmentation strategies.
  • Understanding of loyalty programs and customer retention strategies.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and customer behaviors.
  • Experience working in an agile product environment.
