Salary: £21.00 per hour Inside IR35Hybrid Work Pattern (2/3 days per week in the office)Location: Birmingham

I am working with a local council to recruit a Content Designer. This is an interim position for an initial 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing content strategy and solutions; creating, evaluating, updating, and reviewing content at all stages of the end-to-end user journey for learning within the Council
  • Lead content design for training services, working in multidisciplinary teams, including working across multiple product teams.
  • Creation of learning style patterns for the organisation.
  • Support content across all channels –
  • Create and iterate content for our internal customers, including taking content from discovery to production.
  • Work with stakeholders and SMEs to co-create learning content, designing in different media formats to transform how we deliver training internally.
  • Use analytics data, user feedback and user research to identify the needs of users, map user journeys and inform content strategy.
