My client is an award winning multi-disciplinary environmental consultancy based in Cardiff, they specialise in Ecology, Arboriculture, Planning, EIA, Landscape Architecture and Data Analysis.
They are constantly looking to branch out and develop business, they already have a diverse client base across complex infrastructure and renewables projects.
Working for this organisation is an excellent opportunity for someone who has desire to specialise in a specific environmental field.
Your new role
You will join their growing Ecology team, supported by the wider environmental team. They are open to varying levels ranging from Assistant to Senior Ecologist.
Main duties will vary depending on level but could include…
- Conduct ecological surveys (species, PEAs, Impact Assessment, BNG etc)
- Report Writing
- Provide ecological mitiagtion
- Project delivery to a diverse client base
- Supporting junior members of staff
- Client Liaising
What you'll need to succeed
- Ecology experience - Surveying, report writing clinet liaising etc
- Site based environmental knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A Full UK Driving licence
- Knowledge of GIS
