You will be handling a predominantly contentious caseload working on UK adjudications and Technology and Construction Court (TCC) Litigation. Enjoy a broad-ranging caseload including final account and delay claims, quality of build claims, construction insolvency, bond claims, ACM cladding, other fire safety defects claims, professional indemnity and other insurance-related claims.
