Your new role

As a Conduct Risk Officer, you will play a key role in assisting the company’s conduct risk management, ensuring it meets company regulatory expectations. You will have a wide range of responsibilities, from risk and fair-value assessments to leading on monitoring reviews and investigations, as well as dealing with both internal and external stakeholders. You’ll also be assisting with the production of compliance reports and assisting with the completion and submission of Lloyd’s and regulatory returns. This role will offer a flexible approach, with the ability for you to manage your own workload.

What you'll need to succeed

To do well in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of conduct risk in the UK, ideally with previous experience working within a similar role in the London market. Experience with delegated authority and distribution chains will be beneficial. You will need to have strong problem solving and communication skills, with competent use of Microsoft office.
