A leading international speciality insurer is seeking a Conduct Risk Analyst to join its expanding Compliance team. The organisation is recognised for its strong market presence and commitment to delivering high‑quality service to clients.
Your new role
In this position, you will support the delivery of the Conduct Risk and Compliance framework, with a strong focus on complaints management and regulatory reporting. You will manage complaints from receipt through to resolution, ensuring cases are fully investigated, outcomes are agreed with business units, and all records and reporting requirements are maintained accurately.
You will also assist with Conduct Risk and Lloyd’s regulatory returns, contribute to risk assessments, thematic reviews, and internal audits, and help produce Conduct Risk management information and commentary. In addition, you will support Consumer Duty activity by contributing to product assessments, outcome reviews, Fair Value work, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
