Compliance Officer Ayrshire Immediate Start Temporary

Your new company

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Compliance Officer or Compliance Assistant to support the Property Services team of a respected Housing Association in Ayrshire. This role is a temporary replacement for a staff member currently absent and is expected to run for at least 3 weeks, with a strong likelihood of extension.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of compliance within a housing or property-related environment.

Your new role

In this role, you will help ensure the smooth running of the organisation’s full compliance function, including:
  • Leading in the delivery of an efficient and effective compliance service for the Property Services team
  • Ensuring accurate processing and timely updates of all asset data, landlord safety certificates and property-related certification
  • Maintaining and updating detailed compliance records, ensuring all information is accurately filed and accessible
  • Supporting the analysis and reporting of compliance KPIs, helping the organisation monitor performance and identify improvements
  • Monitoring contractor performance to ensure compliance work is delivered to agreed standards in relation to quality, budget and customer experience

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in a compliance, property services, or asset management role
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and update data accurately
  • Confident communicating with contractors and internal teams
  • A proactive and diligent approach to work
