Your new role

• Owning and maintaining the compliance framework, policies, and procedures
• Monitoring regulatory developments within the telecommunications sector and assessing business impact
• Acting as the key point of contact for compliance and regulatory matters
• Supporting risk assessments, internal controls, and governance processes
• Managing relationships with regulators and external advisors where required
• Providing compliance guidance and training to stakeholders across the business
• Supporting audits, reviews, and regulatory submissions

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a Compliance Manager or similar complementation’s role
• Experience within a regulated industry, ideally telecommunications, utilities, or technology
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
• Ability to interpret regulation and translate it into practical business solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• A proactive and commercially‑minded approach
