Key Responsibilities
Training & Onboarding

  • Conduct twice‑weekly in‑person visits to client sites during the training period.
  • Shadow senior team members to understand compliance standards, processes, and quality expectations.

Client Engagement
  • Engage with clients—including senior and top management—to ask targeted questions about any issues, challenges, or compliance concerns.
  • Build strong professional relationships to ensure a trusted and credible compliance presence.

Compliance Activities
  • Conduct compliance reviews using structured checklists, documenting findings clearly and accurately.
  • Prepare written notes, reports, and follow‑up actions after each client visit.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying compliance risks and recommending corrective actions.
  • Ensure client operations adhere to internal standards and external regulations.

Quality Assurance
  • Contribute to the organisation’s Quality & Compliance function by reviewing processes and ensuring consistent application of policies.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to help enhance compliance frameworks and documentation.

Travel Requirements
  • UK‑wide travel is required as part of the role.
  • Some overnight stays will be necessary depending on client locations and scheduling.

What We Offer

  • Bonus scheme linked to performance.
  • Hybrid working with a balance of home‑based work and client site visits.
  • Full training and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Strong communication skills and confidence when engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational and note‑taking abilities.
  • Able to manage time effectively while working independently.
  • Flexible and willing to travel extensively across the UK.
