Your new role

Reporting to a senior member of the compliance and health & safety function, you will play a key role in maintaining the organisation’s Integrated Management System and supporting day‑to‑day office operations. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Liaising with internal staff and external service providers to coordinate facilities and office management activities.
  • Maintaining and updating the organisation’s Integrated Management System to ensure documentation is accurate, current, and compliant.
  • Reviewing accreditation requirements and preparing internal documentation, questionnaires, and procedures to meet audit standards.
  • Coordinating internal audits, assisting with external audit visits, and managing evidence collation and action tracking.
  • Providing general administrative support to teams across the business.
  • Identifying opportunities to refine and improve internal systems and processes.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • A relevant qualification in business administration, office management, quality management, or health & safety (desirable but not essential).
  • Experience or training related to ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001, or ISO 14001—Lead/Internal Auditor training would be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of document control, audit processes, and compliance frameworks.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work proactively and support multiple stakeholders.
