Your new role
- Liaising with internal staff and external service providers to coordinate facilities and office management activities.
- Maintaining and updating the organisation’s Integrated Management System to ensure documentation is accurate, current, and compliant.
- Reviewing accreditation requirements and preparing internal documentation, questionnaires, and procedures to meet audit standards.
- Coordinating internal audits, assisting with external audit visits, and managing evidence collation and action tracking.
- Providing general administrative support to teams across the business.
- Identifying opportunities to refine and improve internal systems and processes.
What you'll need to succeed
- A relevant qualification in business administration, office management, quality management, or health & safety (desirable but not essential).
- Experience or training related to ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001, or ISO 14001—Lead/Internal Auditor training would be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of document control, audit processes, and compliance frameworks.
- Competence in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Excellent organisation, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work proactively and support multiple stakeholders.
