Two compliance administrators - temporary - Warrington

Your new company

We are recruiting two compliance administrators to support the compliance and disrepair team within a housing association.


Your new role

We are recruiting two full-time compliance administrators. These roles will be working Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week on a hybrid basis. You will tend to work one to two days per week in the office based in Birchwood. The rest of the time you will be working from home.

You will support with all general administration tasks relating to compliance and ensuring data is up-to-date and correct. You will speak to tenants ensuring any planned repairs/works have been carried out and, if not, you will pick up with the relevant teams or with the contractors.


What you'll need to succeed

You will have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate confidently by phone and email communication. You will have worked in a customer-facing role previously and will have a good understanding of IT systems and good working knowledge of Excel and teams. Knowledge of housing would be an advantage.
