New Specialist Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team on a temporary basis to support compliance activities and ensure the accuracy and integrity of business-critical data. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, a methodical approach to work, and an understanding of regulatory or internal compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and validate data entries across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct compliance checks in line with internal policies and external regulations.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies, errors, or potential compliance risks.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of checks and findings.
• Support the preparation of reports and summaries for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve data issues and improve data quality.
• Assist in updating compliance documentation and process guides as needed.
Skills & Experience:
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with GDPR or other regulatory frameworks is a plus.
