Call Handler | Customer Service | Complaints | Temporary

I am working with a client who is recruiting a temporary Complaints Handler due to a high volume of growth. You will be responsible for dealing with inbound calls and your main objective is to get a payment swiftly and professionally, ensuring 100% recovery for our customers on every call.

Your professionalism and excellent communication skills will be key in resolving all calls with a positive outcome for our clients. Following comprehensive on-the-job training, you will join our close-knit team of call handlers. We are committed to your ongoing development, offering continuous training to keep you up to date with the latest policies and procedures. This ensures that you are always equipped to deliver the best service possible.

About you:
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle high volumes of incoming calls efficiently
• Experience of managing customer enquiries and resolving complaints
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Proficiency in using Microsoft packages
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in debt recovery or financial services is highly preferable
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
