Customer Service | Complaints | Temporary | Immediate Start

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and solving problems that matter? I am working with a client to recruit multiple Complaints Handlers to join them on a temporary basis, with the potential to go permanent. We’re looking for a confident, proactive individual to take ownership of customer journeys and drive solutions that make a real difference. In this role, you’ll be the go-to contact for customers facing operational challenges—managing cases from start to finish and working closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Own and resolve complex customer issues, using your network of internal contacts to find the best solutions.
  • Deliver recovery options that work for both the customer and the business.
  • Keep customer data accurate and secure, in line with GDPR.
  • Identify and support vulnerable customers with tailored services.
  • Manage your own workload and customer cases to meet service level agreements.
  • Spot and escalate risks using our escalation framework.
  • Champion continuous improvement and adapt to evolving customer needs.
What we’re looking for:
You’ll bring excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—and a natural enthusiasm for helping people. With a strong background in customer service, you’ll be confident making decisions, influencing outcomes, and working independently to solve problems.

You’ll be:
  • A great team player with a “can do” attitude
  • Experienced in Complaints
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Comfortable in a performance-driven environment with coaching and feedback
  • Flexible, adaptable, and ready to grow
