A well-established financial services organisation who is seeking a highly organised Complaints Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis due to undergoing a busy period. Known for delivering excellent customer service, the business offers a supportive and collaborative working environment with hybrid working available.
Your new role
As a Complaints Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the complaints function by ensuring all complaint records are accurately logged and maintained. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for managing high volumes of information while maintaining exceptional levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
What you'll need to succeed
Your duties will include:
- Inputting and updating complaints data across internal systems.
- Managing incoming information and ensuring records are maintained in a timely manner.
- Providing administrative support to the Complaints team.
- Handling sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to support complaint management processes.
