Your new company

Are you detail-oriented, organised, and looking to gain experience in the financial services sector? I'm seeking a proactive Complaints Administrator to join a team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Your new role

As a Complaints Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the team by accurately inputting complaint data into an internal database. This is a vital function that helps the organisation track, manage, and resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Key responsibilities:
  • Logging and updating complaint records in our internal systems
  • Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms
  • Liaising with internal teams to verify complaint details
  • Supporting reporting and compliance efforts

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and a professional attitude
  • Previous admin experience, ideally within financial services or similar
