Your new role

• Preparing and analysing monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Monitoring and reporting on financial performance, including variance analysis
• Assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Conducting cost analysis and recommending cost-saving measures
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Collaborating with other departments to provide financial insights and support
• Assisting in the preparation of year-end accounts and audits
• Continuously improving financial processes and systems

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:
A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) preferred or Part Qualified with significant relevant experience
Proven experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
