Your new role
As Communications Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of high-profile communications projects and events that enhance brand visibility and stakeholder engagement. Reporting to the Communications Manager, you will:
Contribute to the development and implementation of the corporate communications strategy.
Plan and deliver large-scale events that create brand impact and deliver exceptional experiences.
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Lead public and media relations activity, including drafting press releases, articles, and speeches.
Oversee budgets and manage third-party suppliers such as PR agencies, creative partners, and event specialists.
Support digital strategy delivery, including content creation for social media, email, and web platforms.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and report on KPIs to demonstrate ROI.
Provide strategic communications advice to internal teams and external stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
- A degree (or equivalent) in PR, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a communications or events role.
- Proven track record in planning and delivering large-scale events.
- Experience developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong background in public and media relations, including content creation and media engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Experience managing budgets and working with third-party suppliers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional qualification such as CIM or CIPR.
- Experience with CMS platforms, social media management, and analytics tools (e.g., GA4).
