Your new role

You will join a high-performing team and work closely with the Head of Marketing and design partners to deliver upon a detailed communications strategy that is in line with the marketing and business strategies. The role will focus on profile raising for the new and senior members of the firm as well as report on campaign effectiveness. At a time of business change, have the opportunity to be creative and steer the delivery of strategic internal and external communications. The Head of Marketing is looking for someone who is capable of autonomously working across multiple projects, as such this role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role you must be a self-starter and have experience delivering internal and external communications, as well as prior experience leading PR activities. You will have great support from the CEO, as such you must have experience communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and be confident in your written and verbal communications abilities. You will need to have a meticulous eye for detail and be up for the challenge to grow brand reputation and author well written profiles for their ExCo and MD's. Prior experience within financial services or insurance will be beneficial, in particular prior PR experience working within the insurance press space will be highly desirable.
