Your New Role
As Internal Communications Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of these programmes by developing and executing strategic internal communications that engage, inform, and inspire employees across the organisation.
You will translate complex programme updates and regulatory change initiatives into clear, accessible messaging tailored to a diverse internal audience. This includes producing content for newsletters, intranet updates, executive presentations, town halls, and video scripts, ensuring consistency of tone and alignment with programme objectives.
You will work closely with Business Readiness Leads, the Training and Development Team, and programme stakeholders to ensure communications are integrated into the wider change management and business readiness strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated success in supporting change and transformation programmes
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional collaboration

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment

What You’ll Get in Return
  • Opportunity to contribute to high-impact, regulatory-driven transformation programmes
  • Flexible hybrid working model (2 days in the office, 3 days remote)
  • Work-from-anywhere policy for up to 30 days per year
  • Inclusive and diverse working culture with a strong focus on employee wellbeing
