Communications Associate – 3-Month Contract

A global pharma, mid-sized pharmaceutical company that focusses on developing and commercialising medicines in oncology, rare diseases and neuroscience.

Your new role

The Communications Associate position offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in the UK & Ireland Corporate Affairs team, supporting the generation and implementation of strategy and tactical plan around Communications and Patient Advocacy.

The focus of the position will be to develop expertise in Communications and Patient Advocacy, with key activities including:
- Project management of key Communications and Patient Advocacy initiatives, including management of agencies to keep projects on track, stakeholder engagement and internal updates.
- Coordination of key aspects of public-facing channels, for example the corporate UK & Ireland website and social media.
- Drafting materials for internal and external communications, ensuring approval of these prior to use in line with the ABPI code of practice.
