We’re looking for a dynamic Communication Manager to lead our organisation’s communication and engagement activity across multiple sites. You’ll shape our external voice, strengthen our brand presence, elevate our social media impact, and deliver exceptional internal communications that connect and inspire our people.
What you’ll do
- Lead our communication strategy across internal and external channels
- Manage our social media presence and digital engagement
- Oversee internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage and develop a multi‑site Communications & Engagement team
- Ensure clear, engaging, and consistent messaging across the organisation
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience in communications, digital engagement, or PR
- Skilled in social media, content creation, and storytelling
- Confident managing multi‑site teams and working with senior leaders
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to travel nationally across Manchester, Birmingham, and London
