Key Responsibilities:

Advise on tech transformations, SaaS/cloud deals, outsourcing, licensing, and commercial contracts. Manage projects independently and mentor junior colleagues and build strong client relationships and contribute to business growth.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1+ years’ PQE in private practice or in-house
• Strong technical and project management skills
• Commercial mindset with a solutions-driven approach
