Your New Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a qualified lawyer to join a busy and well‑respected Commercial team. You’ll advise a diverse portfolio of clients operating across technology, digital services, IP‑rich industries, fintech, e‑commerce, and innovative fast‑growth sectors. Duties will involve drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial agreements, including supply and distribution contracts, outsourcing arrangements, and high‑value service agreements. You will also gain meaningful exposure to matters involving technology contracts, IP rights, software and IT agreements, digital commerce, data‑related issues, and wider tech‑enabled commercial projects.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
You will be a qualified Solicitor with approximately 2–5 years’ PQE in commercial law. Experience gained at a Legal 500/Chambers-ranked firm or a strong in-house team is desirable. You should bring strong technical skills in commercial contracts and experience in IP or Technology-focused commercial work. Ideally you will have a genuine interest in developing expertise in technology and IP-related matters. Strong client care skills, the ability to manage your own caseload, and a proactive, solutions-driven approach are essential.
