Fantastic Opportunity for a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor with a Leading National Firm in Southampton
Your new firm
Our client is a respected national law firm known for the quality of its real estate practice and its people‑centred approach. The firm has built a reputation for collaboration, client care, and ongoing professional growth. As the business continues to expand, it is investing further in its real estate team and the development of future talent.
Your new role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join a well‑established and growing real estate team. You will work with a wide variety of clients across different sectors, handling a broad mix of commercial property matters and contributing to ongoing projects within the team. The role offers substantial exposure to varied transactional and advisory work across the commercial property sphere, with the chance to develop your expertise across multiple areas depending on your interests and experience. You will collaborate closely with senior lawyers, gain valuable experience on quality matters, and benefit from meaningful opportunities to strengthen both your technical skills and client‑facing capabilities.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced real estate lawyer with a solid grounding in commercial property work, able to handle a varied caseload with confidence and professionalism. The firm is seeking someone with strong technical ability across core commercial real estate matters, supported by good organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing deadlines effectively. A proactive mindset, enthusiasm for developing your expertise, and the confidence to build positive client relationships are key, as is the ability to work collaboratively within a busy, high‑performing team. While the role is suited to someone with established experience, candidates at different levels will be considered where they can demonstrate the capability and skill set needed to succeed.
You will join a supportive real estate team within a firm that values professional development and high‑quality work. Hybrid working is well‑established, offering flexibility while maintaining strong team connection. The firm provides a competitive package, development opportunities, wellbeing support, and a collaborative environment designed to encourage long‑term career growth.
