Commercial property manager role based in South Manchester working hybrid

Our client is a commercial property consultancy who provide a full range of professional services in respect of commercial and residential property throughout Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire.
Services include commercial surveys and valuations; residential surveys and valuations; rent reviews and lease renewals; insurance valuations and commercial sales and lettings.
Due to growth, they are looking for a Property Manager to join them. The Property Management departments provide advice and services relating to the acquisition and disposal of property, the management of existing stock with the maximising of opportunities and the reduction of overheads and the provision of ongoing valuation advice for assets, secured lending and funding purposes.
The commercial and residential survey departments and the valuation departments based in Manchester and Stockport, act on behalf of many major high-street lenders, corporate clients and private clients, providing survey and valuation advice. They provide business rates advice and are responsible for both private and corporate clients throughout the North West.

Duties include:
Being responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of approximately 88 commercial / residential properties
Inspecting and measuring properties
Undertaking money laundering on tenants and new clients.
Dealing with rent reviews and lease renewals.
Undertaking and monitoring annual commercial property inspections and reporting to clients.
Arrange EPC’s on management properties when required.
Arrange repairs and inspecting works completed and reporting to clients.
Management of tenant arrears and reporting to clients.
Responding to email enquiries from tenants and landlords.
Utilising management software Re-leased. (Training will be provided).
Monitor Diary dates with assistance
Residential inspections with reports to clients.
Protection of deposits and AML checks where required (residential)
Knowledge of residential letting process and serving of prescribed information.
Taking incoming telephone calls when required.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering progression to Director. You will get a salary depending on experience £35000 - £60000, hours 9am–5pm, working hybrid with parking at the office. If you are MRICS you will get a car allowance and private health.
