This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial assets, including office buildings, retail parks and industrial estates. You'll play a pivotal role delivering tailored property solutions to clients and drive operational excellence.

Your new role

As the Commercial Property Manager, you'll be the key point of contact for landlords and tenants and will ensure the smooth operation and strategic management of the property portfolios. You'll oversee everything from lease administration and service charge budgeting to compliance and asset enhancement. As part of the role, you will support lease negotiations, rent reviews and property inspections. You will also identify opportunities to improve asset performance and client value. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative team environment whilst managing your own client portfolio, providing excellent opportunity to develop relationships and add value. What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful for this role, you should have proven experience working in commercial property management and a strong understanding of landlord and tenant legislation and service charge processes. You should have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is required for this role.
