Your new company

A global pharmaceutical business with a strong European presence is seeking an experienced paralegal to join its legal team on a fixed-term basis until April (with potential to extend or become permanent). Your new role

You will support the legal and compliance functions across the business, working closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel. This is a varied and hands-on role, offering exposure to a wide range of legal matters. Key responsibilities include:
  • Delivering legal support for commercial agreements, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance
  • Assisting with contract lifecycle management processes
  • Supporting the rollout of risk management policies and procedures
  • Liaising with internal teams (including Commercial, Compliance, Regulatory, and Finance) and external legal advisors

What you'll need to succeed
  • Significant experience as a paralegal (5+ years as a guideline), ideally within a regulated or international environment
  • Strong expertise in commercial contracts and a proactive, collaborative approach are essential
  • Familiarity with compliance and risk frameworks (experience in healthcare compliance is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, particularly in complex regulatory contexts
  • Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and aligning legal support with business goals
