Your New Role
As a Commercial Officer, you’ll be at the heart of the contract lifecycle — from bid development to customer support. Working closely with teams across business development, programmes, engineering, and operations, you’ll ensure high-quality contractual agreements that align with project delivery goals and mitigate commercial risks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting customer proposals and bid development with commercial insight
- Providing commercial support in bid review meetings and contract delivery
- Drafting, reviewing, and finalising customer agreements
- Collaborating across disciplines to negotiate contracts
- Coordinating due diligence documentation and compliance
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Experience in contractual bid support, contracting, and subcontracting in an international setting
- Familiarity with NDAs, and licence agreements
- Strong understanding of commercial principles and programme delivery risk
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across functions
- Proven risk identification and management capabilities
- Analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
