Commercial Manager, Specialist Contractor, Senior Management Position

Hays are currently working in partnership with a Global Specialist Contractor in their recruitment of a Commercial Manager. Based in Lisburn, this leading brand is at the forefront of its sector and has built an enviable reputation for its products and delivery. Due to continued growth, a position is now available for a Commercial Manager to join the team.

Your new role

As Commercial Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the commercial performance of the business, protecting the company's interests and safeguarding from unnecessary risk. You will manage a team of Quantity Surveyors and Contracts Managers, ensuring delivery of projects is on programme, within agreed costs, while ensuring compliance with building regulations and client specifications.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will ideally come from a subcontractor background, with experience of working with leading main contractors. You will be commercially astute with a clear understanding of contracts.
