Commercial litigation lawyer at NQ to 2 PQE sought by well regarded Preston law firm.

This Preston law firm has a long-standing reputation for its commercial litigation work.

Your new role

Joining this highly rated law firm, you can look forward to handling a truly varied range of disputes work. This will include a mix of contract claims, shareholder and partnership disputes and breach of warranty matters. In addition, you will also advise on professional negligence matters, supply contracts disputes, media litigation as well as non disclosure and covenant breaches. The client list is well established and the role will also enable you to get involved in practice development initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a commercial litigation lawyer at NQ level or with up to circa 2 years' pqe. With a good range of experience, you should be an adaptable lawyer who is keen to learn and develop.
