Your new role

This commercial litigation solicitor role will see you handle a broad range of disputes work involving shareholder and partnership disputes, general contractual litigation, injunctions as well as warranty and indemnity disputes. Due to the nature of the client base, you will handle disputes both nationally and internationally.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a commercial litigation lawyer with 4+ years' pqe. With a good technical skill set, you should be adept at working on larger scale commercial litigation matters.
