Your new role

As part of the department's continued success, it is looking to appoint an additional commercial litigation lawyer. The work will involve a mix of shareholder and partnership disputes, general contractual litigation, as well as warranty and shareholder disputes. The client list is impressive and includes a mix of SMEs and larger corporates. You will enjoy working with partners and lawyers across the team and will have the opportunity to play a significant role in business development initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a commercial litigation lawyer with 1-6 years' pqe. You will be a good team player with a well-rounded technical skill set.
