Rare opening at this top 10 City firm for an experienced litigator to advise corporates, financial institutions and individuals on complex, high-value matters, which are often multi-jurisdictional. The caseload will include high profile internal and external investigations, white collar crime and criminal litigation, sanctions and broader ESG-related risk matters, including bribery and corruption, fraud, money laundering, human rights and modern slavery. The role has a particular focus on corporate investigations, while including exposure to the wider white collar crime practice. Ideally you will have strong experience of internal investigation and exposure to financial crime issues, including reporting obligations.
