A Commercial Legal Counsel role in a growing Aerospace organisation in Southampton pays up to c£90K.

Your new company

A growing Aerospace organisation in Southampton seeks a Commercial Legal Counsel to join their business on a permanent basis, leading complex contract negotiations internationally.


Your new role

Reporting to the Operations Director, this role will lead a growing portfolio of customer requirements, as well as implementing new best practice standards for the wider contracts team.

You will:
  • Draft, negotiate and review commercial contracts for clients, service users and third parties.
  • Help develop a full template suite.
  • Support internal stakeholders with legal context.
  • Manage and assess risk levels with associated parties.
  • Support a growing international client base.
  • Manage disputes as required.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a qualified Legal Counsel, with strong experience in commercial contracts and negotiations, as well as have a broader business outlook. You will have similarly aligned industry experience.

You will be available on short notice (4 weeks or fewer).

What you'll get in return
